Working Together
There are a few ways we can work together, depending on what you're looking for right now. Whether it's one-on-one therapy, a group setting, or support for a school or organization, the work is collaborative and relational. We figure it out together.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy is a partnership. There's no magic fix, but there is a shared commitment to the process. Most people start feeling some mix of nervous, hopeful, unsure, and ready for something to change. That's enough to begin.
Early on, we focus on getting to know you: your people, what matters to you, and where things tend to get stuck. Over time, patterns become clearer. We slow down moments from your week, make sense of what happened, and look for ways to respond differently or build on what's already working.
Clients who tend to do well with me are open to reflection, feedback, and honest conversation.
Details: Online only • Teens and young adults • 50-minute sessions. I usually recommend starting weekly and reassessing after 4-6 sessions.
Groups
I offer Faith & Feelings groups for teens and young adults, focused on anxiety, identity, relationships, and emotional resilience. Groups are organized by age range.
Group therapy can be a great fit if you're craving connection, if relationships feel hard, or if you want to grow alongside others. One of the most powerful parts of group work is realizing it's not just you and that we can connect not only in the good moments, but in the hard ones too.
Schools & Organizations
I partner with Christian schools, churches, and youth organizations to support the emotional and relational health of their communities.
This includes therapy groups, psychoeducational programs (like Faith & Feelings), staff professional development, and workshops for students, parents, or ministry teams. My role is to come alongside as a supportive resource and collaborative partner.
